I ordered a new North #1 this year. The choice was between:

3DL 680   @ $4768.90 - 20% = $3815.12
3Di 760M @ $6381.88 - 20% = $5105.50

The 3Di is about 1/3 more than the 3DL, though likely to last twice
as long or more. Previously I had a 3DL which aged very quickly,
good for two seasons of about 100 races total.

I opted for the 3Di. Maybe that is becoming a trend and North has
had to decrease the price of the 3DL.

Thought I'd pass along that North cut the price on 3DL sails 13% and is
offering a 15% spring discount.

Maybe the new ownership is a good thing?
