All, My alternator is putting out too much voltage (15 volts) It s a 35 amp Apco with an internal regulator. Rather than trying to have it rebuilt I am thinking of buying a new alternator. Is there a higher amp alternator that will fit the single pulley without breaking the bank? I don't want to spend $700 for a Balmar. I have 2 house batteries and 1 start battery. All are currently wet cell, but the next time around they will probably be AGM.
