I live in Jersey and boats below Little Egg Inlet were unaffected by Sandy. The boat's affected most by Sandy near us in New Gretna were power boats on trailers. Deep draft boats were above the tidal surge that was 3 ft higher than the bulkhead at our marina. We were in the water and had no damage but many on land floated off trailers or stands and were taken up river under a bridge and grounded there. Several large, bigger than 50' sportfisherman floated off their stands and a few were stranded half on and half off the bulkhead. It was much worse further north
Buyer beware, but I looked at the pictures and if they are current and not from 10 years ago, I see a well maintained fully equipped boat for a hell of a price. Just sayin.
