I experience the same thing, the cockpit had about 5 inches of water in it during a thaw earlier this winter. Another project to put on the list for the new Mark II. john from Enterprise.

In any event, I removed the old hoses which were "type B fuel lines" reinforced with steel wire. (had to cut them off with recip saw) and installed sanitation type hoses double clamped with no low spots. So far, so good, they always allow the water to drain off, no ice.
