The Dr. LED 3 color tricolor bulb had the RF noise problem. I never tried a white LED in the tricolor and suspect that it would be fine as the white anchor LED worked fine. At the time I researched my problem with the 3 color light I was not alone with the LED interfering with the VHF. It may be in the last 5 years that they have solved the noise problem.
