I'll echo the others, roughly .75gph.

On a trip coming down the St. Lawrence from Toronto in 2010 we burned about
370 litres to motor for about 135 hours on the engine hour meter = 2-3/4
litres/hr. or US 3/4 Gallon per hour (0.726 US gallons/hour actually).

Our boat (39' 6" LOA) burns between 2-2/3 and 2-3/4 litres of fuel per
engine hour at about 2400 RPM so about 6 to 6.5 knots.  That is with a 2001
model year Yanmar 3 cyl, 47 hp turbo diesel.
