Jake; I used Purple Power in years past and it did the job. But the principle ingredient was something like ammonium hydroxide.
I just looked at the current SDS for the stuff and it has a different active ingredient now - some sort of propylene=??????XXXXX&&&&&-hydroxide with a name about 38 characters long. Maybe ammonia or ammonium hydroxide would be the best choice.
