I replaced my shore power cord with a smart plug a couple of years ago, very happy with it! I wrote a (positive) review for it that appeared in Good Old Boat a while back. Recommended!

Using some West reward certificates / taking advantage of an early spring sale (That was back in march) I was able to get some inexpensive insurance / peace of mind. The EEL model was reasonable in price and the new design plug with integrated led light are nice to use.
