Hi Adam Re-run the dockside setup? During the setup it should go both ways.
And one thing I found with the sensor puck for the EV200 is that they are sensitive to magnetic fields nearby - my wife put her bag with a tablet in it adjacent to where it is installed, the heading shifted maybe 5 degrees.
