Yep I got one too. Lots of things to take into consideration. The inside track, winch handle swing radius, standing height on the stairs.... There are lots of answers but none are perfect. If you don't give up the inside track then in order to provide head room the whole thing looks oddly tall and narrow particularly when viewed from the bow or stern.
