blockquote, div.yahoo_quoted { margin-left: 0 !important; border-left:1px #715FFA solid !important; padding-left:1ex !important; background-color:white !important; } I have a used main sail for a 1974 C&C 30 MK1 that I would sell. I'm not sure what the going rate is for a used sail but it's worth about 100 bucks to me as a backup. It should fit your boat perfectly. We got a new one to try and increase performance but our backup is in decent condition, no rips or frayed parts or anything. I'm located close to you in Baltimore. Email me cferg...@yahoo.com if you're interested. Collin1974 30' MK1Libra

I’m new to this whole sailing thing , so trying to learn on the fly. The specs call for a 34’ luff and a 11’ 6” foot. I’ve looked at all of the used sail lofts I could find, but nothing in the right sizes. Does anybody have an idea of where I might find the right sail, or if I can vary from the specs at all? Thanks, Steve SV Doin’ It Right 1973 C&C 30 MK1 Pasadena, MD Steve,I have a used main that I can donate but I think after hull number 506, C&C raised the boom by about a foot so my main would be short for your hull. I'm assuming you have already talked to gary at Bacon Sails. I recall they had sails for my 30-1 but that's years ago... Does anyone know if the 35MK2 were fitted with black water tanks when manufactured in the mid-70’s? Cheers, J-G Callisto, 33 mk2 Victoria BC I need to repack the toe rails on my 32 C&C.
