A local rigger should have a source to fabricate a new chain plate. When I replaced mine several years ago I found a rigger who could get them made but my diesel mechanic “knew a guy” with a machine shop who did it for about half what the rigger was charging. You might need to pull the other chain plate to be used as a template.
