I do not recall if this was mentioned on the list before or not, but read in the Boat US magazine last night that Kidde has recalled over 40 million fire extinguishers with plastic handles or plastic push buttons manufactured between January, 1973 and August, 2017. According to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission the extinguishers can become clogged and fail to operate, and the nozzle cap can become detached.
