Below is a quick link I found on Amazon. I use Super Lube for many tasks. In addition to lubricating the rudder, I use on winches (except the pawls), on O-rings, …, and some electrical terminals as it’s also a good dielectric grease. I even know of a guy who uses it for chapped lips (and swears by it).
