It attaches to a double Wichard pad eye on deck.  Directly underdeck is a 
single padeye attached to a turnbuckle anchored to the anchor locker aft 
bulkhead with through bolted tangs.

Aft bulkhead securely attached to hull with fileted (sp?) Bulkhead to hull 
joints.
