Bill, they only outlaw the semi automatic plastic flare guns here. Should be ok for jet skis no? Two days ago I had a jet ski circle the anchorage towing a guy in a Borat mankini bathing suit on a knee board. The Borat limit here is two but I would like to lobby the government to increase the cull limit to three. 😉 Len
