They refer to them as “inland oceans” for a reason. They’re massive and beautiful. Let me know if you’re ever up this way during sailing season.

All our lakes down my way are made by dams, so until recently they were just some woods in a valley. There aren’t any port towns or anything like that, just water and houses.
