Seeing the reference to the Japanese hand saw for the centerboard issue........
I have had a Japanese hand saw for decades. Awesome tool. I bought it when I lived in Japan. For those who aren't familiar with them, the teeth face opposite of European/American hand saws. It cuts when you PULL it. I use it more than my traditional "push" saw. Takes a bit of getting used to but once you do, you'll love it. Dennis C. Touche' 35-1 #83 Mandeville, LA
