We just took delivery of a new main and 140% Jib from the UK loft in Chicago.  They came out and measured the boat to fit the sails.  We weren't sure if we were going to get our sails this season since Illinois is in tighter lock down than Michigan was but the loft was making masks and finishing orders on the side.  The sails fit great.  First sail with them was really nice.  They have to go back to the loft at the end of the season because they weren't able to put the sail numbers or insignia on during the house arrest.  That's no big deal to us.  The upside of it is that they still haven't billed us for the balance of the sails yet.

Local lofts are well worth the extra for the attention and service provided.

I have not purchased from Loong sails but reflect other's comments here about things made in China, especially in the current climate. I just purchased a new main from evolution out of New Zealand, really happy with their service. They even partnered with a local small loft to take care of any adjustments/repairs which I though was a great compromise to having dedicated lofts.
