56 here. Between sailing and flying I sometimes think I will be perpetually the youngest person doing it, neither seems to get much new blood. Glad to see a 35 year-old on the list! Speaking of age, a broker told me C&C owners were terrible customers. He said something like “Most people trade up every 3 to 5 years, you all keep boats for generations”
