The lift pumps that put out 3-5 PSI or so are easily sourced from FleaBay or Amazon in the $25-$50 range. Just check the pressure and that they are rated for diesel. There is nothing really special about them, our engines all use well under the capacity of even a small pump.

Universal wants 242$ for one. But while messing about online, I noted something on ebay that looks an awful lot like mine for only 35$; actually more than one.
