Vinegar isn’t likely to fix an already clogged head, but flushing some every now and then is a great preventative measure. It also works on RWC engines to flush deposits out before they get too bad. Every now and then I run my exhaust hose into a trash can full of vinegar and also run the engine water intake hose into the same bucket and let go round-and-round until it gets nice and hot.
