Not on shore power ever although Alianna is equipped for that. Always on a mooring. I fully charge my batteries individually on the boat every fall after haul out with an automotive battery charger and then again before launch in spring. Good batteries will hold most of their charge during winter storage. Lead acid batteries are just too heavy to remove and reinstall every year so I simply disconnect from the positive terminals during winter storage. I have 2 group 27 deep cycle batteries now and no separate starting battery. I alternate between using battery 1 or 2 each time I use my boat, essentially treating them equally as start and house batteries.
