I was at the Mystic one last night. I live about a mile from downtown and my boat is right across the river from Seaport Marine. When the explosions started happening we rushed down. It was caused by an open neutral on the power feed from the building to shore power to the boats in the water. It was blowing hard as well and we were lucky to not lose more than we did.
