Preliminary notification. I am preparing my C&C 37 for sale…😢 Recently sold my home on water while market was hot, but kept the slip I own, and My C&C37 ! With no home base, admiral says it's time for an upgrade to a more live aboard 40 ish cruising boat.
This will be an amazing deal for someone! If anyone is looking, interested, know anyone or stepping up in size please reach out. She is a beautiful sailing boat and will be hard to match that. We have won every local regatta at least once with this cruiser? til the J34C arrived! I now race my Etchells which is a blast, so we have been just day sailing the C&C for the past few years. She’s a clean1982 standard version with 5’6” draft (mars modified bulb keel) Hull cleaned monthly by local diver since I have owned. Shows very well for her age, and ALL systems working fine including the A/C! 🥶 Will post again shortly with more details for this amazing group prior to listing. Thanks All !!
