Hi Doug,

Thanks for the offer - it is in Nuevo Vallarta at Paradise Village. We are
considering making an offer and going down to have a look at it in October,
and hoping to have a few others to consider in case it doesn't work out.
The problem with Mexico is boats tend to be scattered between La Paz, San
Carlos, PV and Penasco, and travelling between them is challenging.
