There are two directives in the HTTP header (the stuff prior
to the <HTML></HTML>) that you can use:
Pragma: no-cache
Is supposed to force no caching, and is supposed to be
observed by all proxies, etc.
You can add:
Expires: [valid-date]
Where the valid-date is older than now. The first should be
sufficient but both should make all browsers and servers
respect your wishes.
