Since Cobalt refuse to help on advising the setting up of a UPS, anyone with
knowledge of setting up a UPS to the RAQ4, please provide me with some
advise. Thanks.
>From the cobalt distributor, they told us that APC UPS has been tested to
work with cobalt to autoshutdown the system if the UPS serial data is
connected to te RAQ4. We are looking into alternative UPS like a Liebert
Powersure UPS, with a serial data control as well. Before we commit to
purchasing that, we want to make sure it will work the same as the APC UPS
to autoshutdown the RAQ4 when they is a power outtage.
