I am having a time stamp problem with the ProFTPd program on my Raq4.

I didn't have this problem before, but now that I did an OS restore and OS
upgrade on my Raq4, the problem exists.

When you upload a file with FTP on the Raq (using any FTP Client) it time
stamps the file 6 hours ahead of time. I have found info on the ProFTPd
support boards confirming that this is a problem with ProFTP configuration,
but no solutions.

They talk about checking the proftpd.conf file (in the /etc directory) and
make sure that the setting is not set to report GMT, but your local server
time. My setting in proftpd.conf already looks correct as:

># Report localtime, not GMT
>TimesGMT off

The server time is correct. It's just the FTP time stamp when a file gets
uploaded.

If anyone has a solution, I'd sure appreciate it.
