Ok, you're not the only one to experience this. I had noticed this problem on a Mac with NS6 with an early release, and just chalked it up to it being a Mac problem. I tried NS6 on the PC today - no login or password fields and no "login" button. So I decided to try other pages that I knew had active fields - everything worked great there. There is something wrong with the way Cobalt has created those login pages. Next chance I get I'll look into the login source pages to see what they are doing. In short, it's not just you. cheers, dave >From: Harald Kapper <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >Date: Tue, 20 Feb 2001 02:02:17 +0100 >Organization: kapper.net, Inc. >Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >Subject: [cobalt-developers] ahem - qube3 - login via Netscape6? > >hi there, >I just came across by accident to this issue: is it true only for us >or just for anyone, that something like http://qube3address:444/login.php >doesn't bring a correct login-screen in NS6? > >ahem, something wrong on my side or just a fact? > >help / advise please, >hk / kapper.net --------------------------------------------------------------------------- David W.
