How about a tech note on how to use PostgreSQL for building apps, or
PostgreSQL should be removed from the misleading Cobalt brochures.

We've written Tech Notes for you on making .pkg files for RaQ 3 & 4,
Qube 3, the New RaQ XTR.
There's also the latest draft of the Sausalito Developer's Guide.

developing your applications for Cobalt server appliances, please let
