I had a problem with not being able to reset the web statistics reports
before installing the update. After installing 6.1, the I am able to
properly reset the reports.

I did the install. The logging UI panels except for the summary and most
frequent
requestors panels showed stat's not available after the automatic reboot and
waiting for some hours. After a 2nd manual reboot the stat's came back
again.
