Hi,

Thanks for the advise, after reading the replies it seems fairly obvious that 
procmail is the solution here so I`ve signed up to thier email list and also 
did as Thom suggested in his reply. Fortunately Procmail is already installed 
so it`s just a case of figuring the config for it.
