Greetings,
I have a domain hosted in our platform, a cobalt machine is used as SMTP
server
for that domain and another machine (non-cobalt, non-sendmail) is used as
POP
server for the domain also.
Everything goes fines, but I have some users who are behind an external IP
address
cannot send email due to the following errors:
........... (May be forged)
........... gethostbyaddr(x.y.z.w) failed: 1 where x,y,z,w is the IP address
of
the POP server
Any help in this regards is highly appreciated.
