Er, I have to reproduce this on an own installation. Usually, it should find the 1.03 installation and move it to the obsolete directory. Maybe this could help. Do the following in a shell with root permissions: cd /var/lib/cobalt mv Webalizer* obsolete After that it should not complain about webalizer 1.03 being installed anymore.
