Better even I use this form

follow the instructions they lay out there. I have to do this type of
change for clients all the time and I never have a problem even if I
don't call NSI to follow up. Remember you must have already tried to do
the registration and have a NIC tracking# (it comes back in the first
reply you get from NSI when requesting a change). If some reason you
don't have that use this form
