Thanks for sharing your setup Greg! I've been developing cross-platform
Perl on a Win localhost for Unix servers for years. 

I read your HowTo at emoe.net and there are 2 points I want to share, a
more universal way to handle the shebang line and a simpler approach to
handling sendmail. However, since this topic probably doesn't interest
Gerald at all it's probably off-topic, so I emailed you off-list with
the particulars.
