Traffic and scripts on sites can vary greatly. I can tell you that a client's RaQ4 with 512MB of RAM has 4 or 5 sites that consist primarily of pure HTML pages that represent about 80% of the traffic on the server and another 100 sites with moderate PHP scripting, CGI and DB usage and the server handles 400 GB of traffic per month.
