[cobalt-developers] Truncating oversized request field?

Hi There,

I checked messages when I telnetted into the Raq and got a message with the 
following error in it:

 >Warning: Truncating oversized request field
 >Error: Can't open log file /home/sites/www.mysite.com/logs/web.log

I have webalizer installed on my Raq.

What would this problem be?
