If you need a most robust solution to the dynamic IP address of the cable modem (or DSL modem) take a look here: http://www.zoneedit.com/doc/dynamic.html While there are a few sites that offer dynamic DNS, ZoneEdit seems to have one of the more solid infrastructures in place.
