I still cannot apply. The form
http://developer.cobalt.com/sol/dev.maintenance.php is not password
protected, therefore it requires to register again.
So either the application link on
http://developer.cobalt.com/comarket/index.php is not correct or ...
Can you please check it out, as I want to submit some solution entries soon
!
