First download all files in the certs directory, then create a new selfsigned 
cert, download all the files in the certs directory again (to a different 
location) and send the CSR to the Cert authority. Then replace the files with 
the initial backup files. Once you receive the cert, copy back the second backup 
and enter the cert in the UI.
