[cobalt-developers] Raq4 is Do I need to install Perl for my site that has pl scripts

I have a web site that runs .pl scripts in the cgi-bin directory. They dont 
seem to be working on the Raq4 and I dont know if the Raq4 already has Perl 
installed.. I see Perl5 in the tree but do not know if its installed or 
running.
Does anybody know what I can do to get this running? (Permissions are all 
correct also)
