We us rsync (rysnc.samba.org) it's set to back up the whole sites folder to
a remote server every night. It maintains permissions and ownerships
allowing a quick re-rysnc if anything goes wrong.

Does anybody know the most effective way to backup a Raq XTR. After the
callback action and one crash, I'm getting pretty nervous.
The solution should backup virtual sites, users and most importantly the
mail settings.
