easy, though no real dev-question :-)
burn the iso-image, boot your workstation from this cd-rom (hopefully you can boot
from cd-rom).
have your pc equipped with a compatible NIC (3c905b, etherexpress,...) have your raq
connected
via x-over cat5 oder similar to your workstation, press the buttons on your raq while
booting,
which ones is exactly described in the screen coming up during cd-boot on your pc, let
it do its
work (can really last up to 15 minutes or so).
