[cobalt-developers] Cobalt Cube 3

I just recieved my first Cobalt Cube 3 this week.  I may be missing the information in 
the manual, but is it possible for group members to update their groups' web page or 
can it only be done by an administrative password.  If so, is it possible to limit an 
administrative user to a particular directory.
