hmmm, that depends on the services of your datacenter. My RaQ4 was ready-for-use, so just contact your datacenter on this subject. On the software: first thing you should do is update all software (when you register your RaQ with Cobalt you will receive a message on this topic). And not everything is installed. For example if you want to use MySQL, you will have to install and configure it yourself.
