erm.. ditto; i'm writing one at the moment in jsp, Bascially whats required is just wrapper the existing functions though the cgi's provided on the cobalt, and then write new functions for all those pesky manual tasks that take up too much sysadmin time :)
Sorry but at the mo I'm writing for a raq3i, and its a l l l o o o n n n n g g g . . . way from being near usable/public release status... :) Probably best to find (another) java virtual monkey (JVM: geek joke :) come perl guru and i'm sure they'll love a challance like this...
