This looks like a really nice product. What's keeping me from evaluating it is that you don't get an unlimited time license; you can license it for six months, a year, or five years. I wouldn't want to go for five years; I'm not sure I'll even be on the RaQ platform in five years. Yet if I go one year there's no guarantee I can afford it next year; he writes on his website that there's no guarantee the prices will remain constant. There also doesn't seem to be any way of reaching them other than their website; there's no address listed, and the phone number is NOT being answered (it just rings). Generally I don't look at programs that cost hundreds of dollars where there's no one to reach <frown>. Does anyone know how to contact them other than by email?
