One of the main complainers does not do much on the cobalt lists anymore. You are wrong. It should not be redirected as most users could not do any development. Developers that know what they are doing can ask better questions on how to develop a new panel here. It should also be running under the users list for input as to requested features. The same thing as been going on in the Hosting Biz list.
